Shipping

Domestic orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and a flat rate of $10 will apply.

Express Post has a flat rate of $15 and will be sent via Australia Post. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150 Australia wide- this will be sent via Standard Post.

For Standard Post- Estimate of 3-10 business days to receive your order.

For Express Post- Estimate 1-4 business days to receive your order depending on your state.

Please note- the above is a guide by Australia post and can't be guaranteed by Eyota Clothing.

Once your order has been processed you will receive your tracking number via email.

If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us via email info@eyotaclothing.com with your full name and order details and we will follow it up right away.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post at a rate of $25.00 - $30.00 AUD depending on your location, the rate will be calculated once you enter your address during the check out in the shopping cart.

International orders are sent registered post with tracking available.

Once your order has been processed you will receive your tracking number via email.

Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us via email info@eyotaclothing.com with your full name and order details and we will follow it up right away.

Returns

Please contact info@eyotaclothing.com within 14 days of the date of purchase in order to make a return.

Please include your full name along with the reason and the item you would like to return. (All sales are final after 14 days)

Items must be in their original condition- unworn, unwashed and tags attached, if the item is not in this condition we cannot offer an exchange.

Please note-For change of mind we can only offer exchanges. 

Postage is not covered for change of mind returns.

Returned goods must be posted by Australian Registered post and we will not be financially responsible for return post (excluding faulty goods).

Refunds will be made for faulty goods only.

No returns on Sale items.
